Please be patient as our fulfillment process unfolds over the next few weeks. Thanks to you, we have over 10,000 orders to fulfill, so our small team is a bit overwhelmed. You should receive tracking information once your order is heading out of the warehouse.
Last Minute Shipping Address Changes:
It is too late to change your shipping address in the Survey, but there's a chance the amazing GoSun Fulfillment team can do something for you last minute. If you've moved in the last two months and need to change your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] right away with that new shipping address.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we should be able to update your address directly. Our support team will confirm your address change by replying to your email. If your order has shipped already, you may be able to change the shipping address through UPS MyChoice by entering your order tracking number through UPS.

GoSun is ready to ship your Flatware. After months of hard work, now we're asking you to do a little homework before it arrives and watch the video below. We want you to love your Flatware set, so we can kiss single use plastics goodbye. The video (below) will show you how to get the most from your new utensils. Just by using prototypes for the past year, we are finding them incredibly helpful while: getting carry-out, picnicking, camping, backpacking, boating, beaching, roadtrips, etc.

As you can see from the video about how to get the most of your Flatware, there's a lot to know with this little innovation. For example, did you know about the locking springs? or that you can bend the utensil to your desired shape? or that a dab of oil will help with sliding Flatware in and out?
The following script is included in the How To Video above:
Opening: Unclip each utensil from the Protective Case with a nail or fingertip in the side finger slot. Holding the sheath in one hand, slide the utensil out until it clicks in position. You may also try sliding the utensils out with one hand by placing your thumb in the groove and pushing forward.To collapse back down, squeeze both of the springs and press the utensil into the sheath. Clip back into the Case and you’re ready to roll.
Apply Oil: If you find your Flatware to be a bit sticky, we recommend a small dab of coconut oil or other cooking oil between the utensil and the sheath. Sometimes the utensil needs a tiny adjustment, as it can be racked requiring straightening or pushed too far down into the sheath.
Scoop, skewer, slice, stir, or spread: Use Flatware just like a normal utensil. Even though it packs small, it can perform all the same functions for getting your food into your face. The possibilities are endless, skewer with the fork, slice with the serrated side of the spoon, spread, stir, scoop, and enjoy scrumptious, savory, spicy, or sweet snacks…
Improvise: Flatware works great as a flat utensil, although some people may want to add more shape to their Flatware set. If that’s you, we encourage you to gently bend the utensil head’s neck until it’s at your optimal bend angle. However, after bending keep in mind that your utensil will have a harder time sliding in the sheath, and may require two hands. Also, some people may prefer the feel of Flatware when the utensils are flipped over in the sheath, making different contact points on your hands.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a sanitized set is easy if you use a little soap and water after every use. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers if you want to maintain the pristine polish on the stainless steel.When loading into the dishwasher or UV sterilization chamber, We recommend completely removing the utensil from the sheath. Do this by pulling the utensil out, in the same direction for use. Don’t forget to wash the Protective Case as well. When reloading the utensil, be careful that the springs are located within the sheath.
Storage: Flatware can be stored even while wet, as it is made 100% from 304 stainless steel. Also, if you are on the move, Flatware can be wiped clean and then stored dirty while keeping your belongings away from the food debris.
